Awarded to the company which best demonstrates outstanding levels of customer care in the provision of long-term service and maintenance contracts for Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and building controls.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for evidence from a particular contract that shows:

• Understanding of the services to be provided and client requirements.
• How client objectives were met.
• Client satisfaction in the form of testimonials – these are viewed as particularly important and can be from more than one client.
