BCIA Market Information Service [MIS] provides unique data on the UK controls industry for BCIA members. It is operated by an independent consultant appointed by the BCIA Management Committee. The MIS is a service which collects and collates information from BCIA Members. This data is then anonymised by the independent consultant so that no member of the BCIA can know who has contributed the data or what figures may relate to a particular member. By joining the BCIA, companies agree to participate in providing figures for the MIS. Exemptions can only be granted by express approval of the Management Committee. Associate Members will not be expected to submit information or have access to MIS data.

Admission to BCIA Membership (of any category) is subject to the agreement of a majority of the BCIA Management Committee in accordance with the ‘Rules, Policies and Procedures of the BCIA’, payment of the appropriate subscription and a written agreement to be bound by the BCIA constitution. The BCIA Constitution and the supporting Rules, Policies and Procedures can be found on the BCIA website. Declaration (Please note that the application form may only be signed by a Director/Partner). I, the undersigned, on behalf of the above-named company do hereby apply for Membership of the Building Controls Industry Association [BCIA]. If elected to Membership, we undertake to abide by the Constitution, Rules, Policies and Procedures of the BCIA and to uphold all undertakings given by the BCIA.
