Virtual Meeting

Established in April of this year, the BCIA Young Engineers Network continues to build on its early success.

Having held three successful events and now with 176 Linkedin followers, the Network aims to provide an opportunity for the future talent of the BEMS industry to come together, to network and to provide support to allow career progression.

The events held have always been ‘sold-out’ with a waitlist for available spaces, with Network members taking great value from the opportunity to learn, expand their technical knowledge and share experiences. They’ve also really enjoyed building a network and getting to know their peers in other organisations.

But we’ve listened to the feedback from the Network and know that now is the right time to take it into its next phase. Members would like to see the Young Engineers Network have greater influence, make a more direct contribution to the future of the industry and Association, and benefit from greater levels of more structured support to develop their careers.

But what form that takes is down to the Network itself…
