Wendy Belfield Chairs the Skills Working Group which was established to ensure the BCIA continues to raise the performance standards of the industry. One of the main aims of the BCIA is to raise the profile of building controls but to achieve this engineers must have the skills and knowledge to contribute to sustainable and energy efficient buildings. The Group oversees the BCIA’s Technical Training Programme and works with the Marketing Working Group to raise the profile of training and development.
