Alarm Communication Limited was established in 1984 and our core business model consists of Three main strands: BMS Controls, Fire Protection and Security Systems. This mix of core skills and experience significantly aids our ability to deliver effective BEMS system integration design, installation, and maintenance. Our commitment to delivering a quality service is well documented via our accreditation’s for ISO 9001: 2015, BAFE SP203, SSAIB, ECA, FSA, Safe Contractor approved contractor and we are also a CHAS member.
Our controls offering is supported by partnership agreements with both Trend and Centraline system manufacturers. We have extensive experience with both legacy systems and the “latest and greatest” product ranges across multiple protocols.

Alarm Communication Limited (ACL) prides itself on delivery and building long term lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, from over 36 years’ experience we understand and therefore ensure each contract is supported by the appropriate type and quantity of staff. We will assign direct access to a dedicated Contract/Project Manager and Service Delivery Team.
In addition to the dedicated engineers, service co-ordinator, and management we provide our own in house 24/7 call out response service. Our professional customer care specialists will assist you by ensuring your call is captured and logged into our fully audited service management system.
