BMS Controls and Energy are based in the Midlands with field engineers covering maintenance, installation and service calls across the UK. We have an enthusiastic approach, and a vast amount of experience in both small and large buildings. We have worked in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors and also in home automation. We are a CHAS accredited.

CONTROLS

Unlike many of our competitors we are not tied to one manufacturer and can offer the best product for your requirements as opposed to the nearest solution from a fixed product range. This not only enables us to closely match the technology to your needs but also the budget. As with any goods there are mainstream manufacturers available which offer efficient and reliable products, and there are prestige manufacturers for the more niche applications; as we are not tied to a particular product we can offer you a bespoke solution.

Our engineers not only have experience in controls but have previously worked as mechanical and electrical engineers. This serves to give them a deeper understanding of the buildings in which they work, and strengthens their ability to select the right products, and then write the correct software to maximise comfort and energy savings for you and the workspace.

We work with Trend, Distech, EasyIO, and Delta amongst others.

ELECTRICAL

In addition to controls work, we offer electrical works, including general power & lighting, data cabling and periodic testing; we are of course NICEIC accredited.

LEAK DETECTION

We are an approved Aquilar supplier offering leak detection for water, fuel & oil and gases. These can be stand alone or linked to BMS systems; SMS alerts are also available. We install many systems for fit-out companies to serve tea points and data suites.
