We aim to provide control systems to reduce energy consumption and maximise energy performance whilst maintaining a comfortable environment for building occupants.

North East Controls was established in 2003 but the Directors, Mike Brown and Derek Illman, have been working together since 1989. We concentrate on maintaining high quality BMS installation and maintenance standards and excellent customer service, this results in much of our business coming from repeat work from our existing client base. All staff are fully trained and kept up to date with the latest products and advances in technology.

We work mainly in the North East and Yorkshire and have experience in various market sectors including Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Plants, Universities and Leisure Centres.

North East Controls are an authorised Schneider Electric EcoXpert partner for BMS. Our staff have many years experience with Andover Continuum, Schneider EcoStruxure, York BMS and Wago plc systems.
