Webinar: Rights to payment and the impact of Covid-19

The BCIA is delighted to welcome Paul Slinger from Wright Hassall LLP who will deliver a webinar addressing the fundamentals of the right to payment in construction contracts and how best to protect cashflow in these difficult times. 

Paul is a partner in the Construction and Engineering Team and works with employer/developer clients, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants.  As well as representing clients in formal adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings he also provides informal ‘behind the scenes’ advice. He regularly assists with negotiations, mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and through his knowledge of the arguments used by all project participants he helps his clients to resolve matters efficiently and quickly.  

Paul has worked across a wide range of industries from individual domestic projects to multi-million pound disputes in the housing, hotel, retail, education, health warehousing, rail, infrastructure, oil and gas industries.
