Jason Harper

Jason has been involved in the BMS industry since leaving school, working for a number of companies before becoming Managing Director of Integrated BMS Ltd in 1997.

He understands the challenges which the industry faces with recruitment and would like to further promote the BEMS Controls Engineer Apprenticeship both within IBMS and other controls companies so that younger talented engineers are able to grow and prosper within the market sector.

He also believes that working together within this industry and sharing knowledge and experiences is the best way to strengthen our business sector and that joining the BCIA is the best opportunity a company has in forming bonds with other like-minded companies.
