About the Working Group
Working Group Chair:
The Marketing Working Group is chaired by Keith Burnett, Schneider Electric.
The Marketing Working Group is a central resource for the BCIA on all marketing issues. Powered by volunteers the group is a forum for developing a balanced BCIA view on marketing issues; they will provide BCIA input to marketing documents from other organisations or BCIA sections. The Marketing Group encourages promotion of the BCIA through all channels including the BCIA website, BCIA members community platform; the BCIA newsletter; BCIA events and BCIA's attendance and participation in other associated industry events; guide the approach to Trade Press and other media (Incl. social media); and finally lead on campaigns such as those BCIA run to encourage entrants to the BEMS industry at all levels.
Open to representatives of BCIA Member companies only.
Corporate plan responsibilities
The Marketing Working Group support:
Enabling collaboration through events, networking and other activities
Raising awareness and understanding of controls in creating efficient buildings
2025 Priorities
Developing integrated campaigns to raise the awareness and profile of building controls
Developing a careers focused campaign to support talent attraction & retention
Next meeting date
The working group will meet again on 5th March 2025
