Book your place at this year’s BCIA Annual Member’s Conference

With the 2025 Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) Members Conference set to take place in May this year and tickets are going fast, now is the time to book your place to avoid missing out!

Having been fast-established as a must-attend event, with insightful conference sessions and speakers, plenty of networking opportunities, and manufacturer meeting points, the BCIA Annual Members Conference is entirely exclusive to BCIA member companies and their employees.

Following feedback from previous events and the success of 2024’s conference, there will once again be an opportunity for a maximum of 12 manufacturer members to have a small tabletop space. This will allow space for you to connect and network with Systems Integrators and other members while displaying your catalogues or other small products. These spaces will be offered on a first-come reserve basis but will be limited to 12.

This year’s event takes place at 1st May 2025 at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham and is free to attend. There are just 100 places available, so it’s recommended that members secure their tickets early to avoid disappointment. You can book your place here.

Members will need to be registered on the Members area to be able to confirm places, so if you have not received or you have mislaid your link to register, just get in touch.

When signed in, go to “Events/Select Events”, to confirm your place. If you’re a manufacturer and want to request a tabletop space, include this in the booking info.

Last year’s event was at capacity and we anticipate the same demand for spaces this year, so sign in to the Members area and confirm your place at the 2025 event. The full agenda will be revealed in the coming months, so watch this space!

BCIA President Stacey Lucas underlined the importance of the annual members conference and revealed interest in this year’s event was already high. She said: “With the building controls sector facing many challenges in the coming years, giving our members the opportunity to learn about and discuss the issues in the industry as well as network with other like-minded professionals is so important.

“It looks set to be an incredible event and we’ve got some fantastic speakers lined up. There’s only a maximum of 100 spaces available, so make sure you book today to avoid missing out!”
