Call for two new members of the BCIA Management Committee

Could you be one of BCIA’s new Management Committee members?

Being a Committee member is a fabulous opportunity.  It enables you to raise your professional profile, benefit from additional learning & development and of course, oversee the work of the Association to ensure it delivers even greater impact for the sector.   BCIA continues to be an Association run by its members, for its members, with employees of full & enterprise member companies eligible to stand for election to the Management Committee.

In accordance with the BCIA Articles of Association, each year the two longest serving members of the Management Committee stand down and so we are now inviting self-nominations for these forthcoming vacancies. Gavin Holvey left the Committee during the year and Terry Sharp will stand down from his position as Immediate Past President after six-years as part of the Presidential team.

Click here to download the call for nominations.  If you would like to nominate yourself for one of the vacancies, please complete the short nomination form and return it to Executive Officer, Catherine Walker via email by close of play on 03 November 2023.

Further information about the role of a Management Committee member can be found here.

The closing date for self-nominations is Friday 03 November 2023.

Note:

  1. Management Committee membership is restricted to one representative per Corporate Member Company.

  2. A corporate member is either a Full or Enterprise Member of the BCIA.

  3. If you’ve previously been on the Management Committee you can stand again for a new term.

If you have any queries or would like to discuss the role in more details please contact Catherine Walker, or any member of the Management Committee.
