Members’ Conference spaces limited - so book now to avoid disappointment

With the Members’ Conference the biggest yearly opportunity to meet other members, hear from insightful speakers, and receive the latest updates from the Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA), tickets are in high demand – so book your place today to avoid missing this must-attend event!

Taking place on Thursday 1st May at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, the free-to-attend BCIA Members’ Conference will feature a multitude of engaging conference sessions and speakers, manufacturer meeting points, and plenty of opportunities to network – all entirely exclusive to BCIA member companies and their employees.

One of the conference’s major talking points will be building energy management systems (BEMS) skills and competency, with Jay Parmar from JIB leading a thought-provoking discussion. The full conference agenda and speakers will be announced shortly, so be sure to keep an eye out on social media and the BCIA website for more details.

A consultants’ panel is also planned*, with the aim of commencing a conversation on how all of us in the industry can collaborate to improve knowledge, understanding, and specifications of BEMS for improved client outcomes.

A formal Annual General Meeting will be held as part of this year’s Members’ Conference. During this, members will be asked to approve the 2024 final end of year accounts and vote - either in person or by proxy for those not attending. Full details will be emailed to primary named contacts in each member company.

The Members’ Conference will run from 10am until 3pm and has a room capacity of just 100 people – so please secure your ticket early to avoid disappointment by visiting the Members Area of the BCIA website.

If you have any questions about the Members’ Conference, don’t hesitate to contact Catherine on 07496 770324 or email Catherinew@bcia.co.uk
