Spaces available for BCIA members at ICEL Emergency Lighting Conference 2023

The BCIA aims to be the leading association for the industry working to ensure adoption of building controls solutions within the built environment.

The pace of technological change is a challenge and an opportunity, with the sector able to innovate and push product development in order to shape the market and develop products that can optimise tangible and intangible benefits. Cybersecurity and resilience, big data and safe management of data, smart systems and connected facilities, improved connectivity using cloud technology and 5G to provide remote management and insights are all sectors that building controls can play a role in. This will give the BCIA multiple opportunities to collaborate and share ideas across multiple markets and organisations.

As part of the BCIA’s Corporate Plan going forward, one of its aims is to build relationships with key strategic partners, including other trade bodies such as FETA, CIBSE, Construction Leadership Council and the Lighting Industry Association (LIA) and the Industry Committee for Emergency Lighting (ICEL).

To help lay foundations for the partnership with the LIA and ICEL, a limited number of free tickets have been made available for BCIA members to attend the ICEL Emergency Lighting Conference 2023: Shaping the Future of Emergency Lighting. Taking place at the Cavendish Conference Hall in London on 14th of September 2023, the ICEL Emergency Lighting Conference is designed to empower professionals in the field of emergency lighting with invaluable insights and expertise. The conference presents a perfect opportunity for delegates to discuss the integration of controls and lighting as solutions in building management and automation as the UK strives to meet its Net Zero target. By attending, you will gain access to a line-up of expert speakers who will address critical questions, enlightening you on your responsibilities, legislative changes, and strategies to navigate the future.

If you would like to attend this event as a BCIA member please add BCIA next to your company name on the registration form, and you will be advised soon if you have secured a ticket.
