As the voice of the UK’s smart building management & automation systems industry, the BCIA’s mission is to ensure building controls are seen as the go-to solution to meet sustainability and energy efficiency targets in the built environment. We lead on lobbying and advocacy, support our members in delivering outstanding solutions, develop apprenticeship and training schemes, and increase awareness of the impact building controls & automation systems deliver.

We're recruiting!   • We’re seeking a talented Marketing & Engagement Manager.

    It’s an exciting role comprising marketing and communications activity, event planning and delivery, and training administration.  The successful candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and will be an experienced marketeer or communications professional who is well versed in developing engaging content and delivering high quality meetings and events.

  • The Technical Consultant will take ownership of the Association’s range of published technical content and training courses, ensuring they are authored to an exceptional standard and considered best practice in the market. Possessing extensive industry experience and having a great understanding of the new and emerging technologies that will drive innovation in the BEMS/BACS sector, it is expected that the Technical Consultant will bring a natural ability for writing engaging and accurate technical content, whilst also having a broad understanding of our audiences
